Welcome to Lara Education Consulting! We provide insight and consulting on issues in higher education. Dr. Marisol Clark-Ibáñez is a full professor at California State University San Marcos. Dr. Luke Lara is a counseling faculty member at MiraCosta College. Dr. Clark-Ibáñez and Dr. Lara bring over 50 years of combined teaching, research, and higher education experience to Lara Consulting. Dr. Lara is also MBTI Certified and a trained mediator.

Individual fee-based Services: Resume/CV review and editing; Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment; faculty interview skills training; and mediation services.

Modality: Services can be provided in-person or via zoom or other online product. In-person services may incur other costs, including travel related costs.
