Stress less and Mindfulness
Luke Lara reflects on his experience with mindfulness in a faculty setting. Despite initial goals to introduce mindfulness practices in 2019 and 2022, external factors, including leadership responsibilities and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, hindered progress. He created 5-minute audio mindfulness exercises, blending his musical talents to alleviate stress for colleagues. #Mindfulness #Leadership
